They have an awesome vegan and vegetarian menu too so you’ve got a lot of options no matter your dietary choices or requirements. Try out their fajita bowls, wraps, fresh fish on rice, bruschetta or get creative and build your own box full of delicious veg and meat! They’ve got a range of salads and they really pack in the protein for all of these. I recommend their smoothie bowls and protein shakes if you’re going post-gym. The Garden Phuket
The Garden is this wonderful little wooden cafe with amazing aesthetic and a beautiful green interior. Unsurprisingly it does, in fact, feel like you’re in a garden. This one is more my vibe than Pure Prep personally because of its boho charm but also its delicious range of meal choices.
Their menu is kept seasonal so as to be the most fresh it can be. All the ingredients are high quality and all the meals are beautifully plated. They have wonderful salad bowls, many of them Japanese inspired, gorgeous tuna tataki salad, stunning breakfasts and brunches and really wonderful coffees. It’s a little pricey but worth it in terms of quality and ingredients. A real contender for some of the best fresh food in Chalong.
Sala Mexicali Chalong
Last but certainly not least, Sala Mexicali is a wonderful little place in Chalong with a great vibe. You won’t be surprised to hear they serve Mexican fusion dishes that are full of fresh ingredients.
Check out their sizzling fajita plates – they’re awesome. Or their salmon gardenia or fresh tacos. They’ve also got some chips, dips and fried goods for those of you looking for a little indulgence.
Their shrimp and avocado ceviche packs in the zingy flavour and tastes wonderfully fresh and tropical at the same time.
